After a successful kick-off meeting in Brazil in February 2018, hosted by the Brazilian National Institute for Space Research (INPE), partners and other interested colleagues can now access the meeting report. All partners who attended the meeting made presentations of their activities, and several discussions took place in order to organise and plan activities.
